RISK PROFILING AND ASSET ALLOCATION

 

Risk profiling is done by BMFPA to determine the risk profile of the client, before the investment strategies are finalized. Every client has a different risk bearing capacity pertaining to his investments. The risk profiling is used to decide the asset allocation strategies and selection of appropriate investment products which suit the client's risk profile. It helps the client understand the appropriateness of products for his risk profile. Expectations of the clients are also rationalized by the risk profiling tool.
